When buying from us, you're guaranteed a certain price for the duration of the offer. This means we'll cover the losses in case of big market movements - in any direction. In addition to that, we need to do several hops to send the crypto to you - we don't sell our own stock of coins, we always get the coins for you. This means moving the crypto at least twice, hunting down a good exchange rate on the exchange where we're getting it for you, and then sending it back out of the exchange to you. This is an expensive and error prone process.
This is why the prices are not visible on the home page - they are dynamic and depend on context and situation. Generally, our fees will range up to 5%-10% from the CMC price of the most popular cryptos, depending on the coin we're getting for you, market cap, volume, market status, etc. We're constantly working on improving our systems to minimize the fees - stay tuned for updates about that. Early adopters who make purchases during the beta will also get discounts on fees later on, so make sure you help us test the system!

We require all user accounts to be verified. This is to protect ourselves from spam orders and to filter out blacklisted members. We're also planning to add Paypal and Credit Card purchases later on, and we'll need the verifications for that due to chargeback protection. Don't worry, you'll be asked if you want to opt-into that program before it happens.

We'll periodically be adding new coins as we test their implementation and set up our server wallets etc. We'll also periodically open up a strawpoll for registered members where they'll be able to vote for new coins to be added.

It depends on the currency and when your payment will become visible on our server, but it generally shouldn't take longer than 12 hours after purchase except in the case of SWIFT which can take days.

A minimum of $20 is enforced and there's technically no maximum, but during the beta period we'll restrict purchases to about 1 BTC per day and 5 incomplete orders at a time per user, just until our system has been through all the possible problems and we're sure it's all fine.
We're working on a tool to help with that. We'll update all cryptocurrencies' buy screens with the option when the tool is ready.

It's a matter of trust. We're a very exposed company and the CEO is a public person, easily findable not only online but also in real life. Reputations are at stake here, so you can be sure we'd never do something wrong on purpose. Should something ever go wrong, you'll be fully refunded. But in essence, because of the private matter of crypto, there's no way for us to publish testimonials of successful sales and you have to trust us as much as you trust any other web shop when ordering things from them.
Ads can help us reduce trading fees, in turn letting you buy cheaper crpyto. We'll be trying out different revenue streams during the test period and we'll optimize them to be able to reduce fees as much as possible.
